His expertise spans a wide range of property types, including apartments, land, mobile home parks, retail, office, and industrial assets. Throughout his career, Bob has successfully advised on and closed more than 200 transactions, totaling over $650 million in value. His diverse client base includes owner-operators, family offices, private REITs, real estate advisors, lenders, and real estate entrepreneurs. Currently, Bob is dedicating his practice to the outdoor hospitality industry, specializing in guiding owners and buyers of RV parks and campgrounds.
With a focus on the outdoor hospitality sector, Bob provides expert advice on the sale and acquisition of glamping resorts, park model lots, RV parks, and campgrounds. Since joining the team in 2019, he has developed extensive market expertise in outdoor hospitality within his regions of focus. Over the past 24 months, Jesse has closed 16 transactions across six states, representing approximately $55 million in total sales.
Drawing on his prior sales experience as a logistics broker for the largest privately held freight brokerage firm in the U.S., along with ongoing training and dedicated market research, Jesse works tirelessly to help clients achieve their investment goals. He has played a key role in advancing NAI Outdoor Hospitality Brokers’ growth and reputation, establishing himself as a prominent voice in the outdoor hospitality investment industry. Jesse’s track record of success, combined with his energy and commitment to exceptional service, has enabled him to effectively serve buyers and sellers of glamping resorts, RV parks, and campgrounds. Jesse Pine
Sean graduated from the University of Colorado Denver in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in Accounting. Over the past six years, he has served in the Army National Guard, including a 2017 deployment to Five Hills, Mongolia, to participate in a multinational peace support operation exercise. Sean’s passion for real estate began with his experience in the residential sector, where he focused on value-add investments in the Greater Denver Metro area.
As an Associate Broker with NAI Outdoor Hospitality Brokers, Sean specializes in outdoor hospitality properties across the Southeastern United States. He is dedicated to leveraging his strong work ethic and in-depth market knowledge to help clients achieve their investment goals, whether buying or selling glamping resorts, RV parks, or campgrounds. After earning a BS/BA in International Business and Business Ethics & Legal Studies from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver in 2012, Maria moved to New York City, where she spent a decade working in the luxury sector. During this time, she served as Director of Digital Strategy and Marketing for one of the world’s largest multifamily development and management companies, overseeing over $700 million in annual asset turnover. In this role, Maria refined her expertise as a digital professional with a strong focus on data-driven strategies and cultivating profitable, strategic relationships. While living in the Northeast, she also developed a passion for the Adirondack and Appalachian Mountains, climbing the 46 Adirondack High Peaks and exploring much of the Appalachian range.
With her creative mindset, proven marketing strategies, and strong communication skills, Maria is dedicated to delivering an exceptional sales experience that maximizes returns for her clients. She is passionate about helping clients navigate their investment journeys, specializing in glamping resorts, RV parks, and campgrounds for sale or purchase.
