Bob Kaplan

Bob is a Commercial Real Estate veteran who brings 17 years of experience in brokerage and brokerage management to his practice. His commercial real estate experience spans numerous products including Apartments, Land, Mobile Home Parks, Retail, Office and Industrial properties. During his career in brokerage Bob has advised on and closed over 175 transactions valued in excess of $500 million. His clients have ranged from owner operators, family offices, private REITS, real estate advisors, lenders and real estate entrepreneurs.

Bob specializes in the outdoor hospitality industry, most specifically on advising Owners and Buyers of RV Parks and Campgrounds. His enthusiasm, hard work, strong loyalty and commitment to his clients as well as his knowledge sets Bob apart from most brokers. Bob’s clients have called him “extremely knowledgeable, hardworking, honest, encouraging and accommodating, and a man of his word” among other accolades. Bob and his wife Eileen are avid outdoors people and enjoy hiking, biking, skiing, and RV camping.

Jesse Pine

Jesse graduated from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver in 2013 with a BS/BA in economics and marketing. Before joining the firm in 2019 Jesse developed his sales background building a book of business at the largest privately held logistics brokerage in the nation. During his years in the transportation industry he created a business which earned several accolades including Rookie of the Year and being ranked in the top 5% of brokers companywide in his tenure group each year. Jesse’s experience also includes three years of sales with a supplier in the high-end construction industry within Colorado ski resort markets.  

Now at Marcus & Millichap, Jesse takes his past sales experience along with his training and involvement at the firm, to assist clients achieve their investment strategy goals.  His proven track record of sales success, in addition to his energy and high level of service, combine well with the commercial real estate knowledge existing on the team. As a Colorado native Jesse enjoys all that the Colorado outdoors have to offer including skiing, rafting, hiking and camping.

Suzanne Teare

Suzanne began working as a marketing associate for commercial real estate teams in 2000. She specializes in design and production of marketing materials, market research, and real estate writing and editing. Suzanne is a highly dedicated individual appreciated by colleagues for her high-quality work, self-directed nature, and efficient management of project deadlines. She brings a valuable niche to the team due to having both real estate knowledge and marketing talent. She has held a real estate license, attended numerous real estate conventions, worked alongside top producers at large corporations, branded and opened two successful businesses, and consistently updates her marketing skills across the newest platforms. 

Suzanne graduated summa cum laude from California State University Sacramento with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She is a yoga teacher and avid volunteer in her community. Suzanne enjoys going to music festivals and events, camping, hiking, reading, and cooking. When she is not working she is spending time with her husband, teenage boys, and two German Shepherds.

Greta Huss

Additional Information

Greta joined Marcus & Millichap as the Denver Operations Manager in 2015. Greta oversees all office operations, including brokerage staff management, onboarding, agent support, facilities and resource management, employee training and development, recruiting, and events. 

Greta also partners with Denver Regional Manager Bob Kaplan on the office’s sales initiatives. She oversees many inter-departmental responsibilities, maintaining strong relationships with executives and staff in corporate departments and other offices. Greta also managed operations for the firm’s Boise office and National Self-Storage Group for two years and has attended many self-storage industry tradeshows.
