Bob is a Commercial Real Estate veteran who brings 19 years of experience in brokerage and brokerage management to his practice. His commercial real estate experience spans numerous products including Apartments, Land, Mobile Home Parks, Retail, Office and Industrial properties. During his career in brokerage Bob has advised on and closed over 180 transactions valued in excess of $500 million. His clients have ranged from owner operators, family offices, private REITS, real estate advisors, lenders and real estate entrepreneurs.
Bob specializes in the outdoor hospitality industry, with a focus on advising owners and buyers of Glamping Resorts, RV Parks and Campgrounds. His enthusiasm, hard work, strong loyalty and commitment to his clients as well as his knowledge sets Bob apart from most brokers. Bob’s clients have called him “extremely knowledgeable, hardworking, honest, encouraging and accommodating, and a man of his word” among other accolades. Bob and his wife Eileen are avid outdoors people and enjoy hiking, biking, skiing, and RV camping.

Jesse graduated from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver in 2013 with a BS/BA in economics and marketing. Before joining the firm in 2019 Jesse developed his sales background building a book of business at the largest privately held logistics brokerage in the nation. During his years in the transportation industry he created a business which earned several accolades including Rookie of the Year and being ranked in the top 5% of brokers companywide in his tenure group each year. Jesse’s experience also includes three years of sales with a supplier in the high-end construction industry within Colorado ski resort markets.
Now at Marcus & Millichap, Jesse takes his past sales experience along with his training and involvement at the firm, to assist clients achieve their investment strategy goals. His proven track record of sales success, in addition to his energy and high level of service, combine well with the commercial real estate knowledge existing on the team. As a Colorado native Jesse enjoys all that the Colorado outdoors have to offer including skiing, rafting, hiking and camping.
Jesse Pine
Sean graduated from the University of Colorado Denver in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in Accounting. During the past six years Sean has served in the Army National Guard and in 2017 he was stationed in Five Hills, Mongolia to participate in a multination peace support operation exercise. Sean has a passion for real estate and his previous experience includes working in the residential real estate sector focusing on value add investments in the Greater Denver Metro market.
At Marcus & Millichap, Sean is an Associate Broker with the Kaplan Brokerage Group specializing in outdoor hospitality in the South East United States. He prides himself on his work ethic and market knowledge and he will go to all lengths to assist every client in achieving their investment goals. This combined with his commitment to assisting clients navigate every step of the real estate transaction sets Sean apart as a broker.
Sean is a Colorado native and enjoys adventuring in the outdoors including skiing, fishing, hiking and camping with his wife, Delaney.

Tiahna brings years of content marketing, event marketing, and executive assistant experience to her role as the Team Operations Manager for the Kaplan Brokerage Group. She provides transaction coordination, research, and marketing support. Prior to joining the team at Marcus & Millichap, Tiahna managed social media at Indiegogo, a crowdfunding platform in San Francisco, with over 1M followers across 4 platforms while providing administrative and project management to the CEO, CBO, and CFO as well as the rest of the executive team.
Tiahna graduated in 2013 from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, with a BA in Communication Arts and Theater. As a New York metropolitan area native, her love for nature was cultivated in New England, continued in California, and flourishes in Colorado. She particularly loves mountain biking, backpacking, hiking, camping, and fishing.
Joining Marcus & Millichap in 2020, Tiahna is excited to fuse her operational experience with her passion for the outdoors and her interest in real estate.
